Protecting your personal data is central to how we build and run our services. This statement explains what we collect, why, and which rights you have. It applies to all websites and platforms operated by IDNR Inc.

What we collect

  • Account data — email address, username, profile information you choose to add.
  • Payment and transaction data — processed through our payment provider Digitalpayment GmbH; we never store full payment credentials ourselves.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, used for security, fraud prevention and service stability.

Why we process it (legal bases)

We process personal data to provide our services (performance of contract), to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax and commercial law), and on the basis of legitimate interests such as security and abuse prevention — in line with the GDPR and applicable telecommunications regulations.

Who receives data

Data is shared only where necessary: with payment processors for billing, with tax advisors and auditors where legally required, and with credit agencies in case of defaulted payments. We never sell personal data.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies required for operating the sites and, where enabled, analytics with IP anonymisation. You can control cookies through your browser and through the consent banner.

Security

All connections are SSL-encrypted. Personal data is pseudonymised where possible and access is restricted to authorised staff.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above; statutory retention periods (up to those required by commercial and tax law) may apply to billing records.

Your rights
